Denise has extensive professional experience as a relationship counsellor, supported by her ideal profile of Green-Green-Green.
Denise has worked as a counsellor in private practice; with the Queensland Government in supporting drug addicted persons to break free of their habit; facilitating and coaching work groups in personal development processes; and with work groups aimed at enhancing performance through addressing the human side of organisational life - that limits or prevents effective contribution by employees.
In her wonderful caring Green way, Denise loves the fact that ICM does not pigeon hole people, rather it helps people to understand each other, to connect and to communicate, and to find their own path to both enhanced performance and harmony.
