The training workshops prepare you to use Management Drives B.V. and the Institute of Collaborative Management’s products to full advantage so that you achieve the results you need to succeed. A key principle underlying all Accreditation workshops is that of using live data and being debrief ready, so that you are able to apply the products immediately following completion of the workshops.
Level 2 – Team Behavioural Maps and Team Diagnostics
The Management Drives B.V. accreditation course for groups and teams teaches you how to interpret and apply group behavioural maps.
You will learn to ask additional questions concerning the organisational and team culture and how to advise the group regarding its further development. Several tools, matrices and a concrete 6 step plan that is linked to the Drives will be provided.
This course teaches you to help groups and teams with their development in a targeted fashion. In a half-day to full-day session, you use the cultural diagnostics to map out the alignment of the team with the organisation’s requirements, the strengths of the team and the areas for further development.
Management Drives B.V. provides a 6 step model to determine whether the identified issues should be addressed through a behavioural path or an organisational path, based on Reflection (Mission- Vision), Creation (Strategy-Focus) and/or Organisation (People-Structure). The development steps recommended to the client will be linked to the model.
Additionally, you study the match between the manager and the team, the match between the behavioural preferences of the team and the task at hand, and strategies for creating the most effective team for a particular task.
Entry is predicated on accreditation at Level 1 and completion of on-line training.
It includes competency testing to validate quality of participant knowledge leading to accreditation.
