Becoming Accredited

The Accreditation process consists of four levels.

* Level 1 – Individual Behavioural Maps – Provided by Management Drives B.V.

* Level 2 – Team Behavioural Maps and Team Diagnostics – Provided by Management Drives B.V.

* Level 3 - Master Class (Individual and Team Behavioural Maps to suit Australian conditions) – Provided by the Institute of Collaborative Management

* Level 4 – Application Training – Provided by the Institute of Collaborative Management

The training workshops prepare you to use the Institute of Collaborative Management’s products to full advantage so that you achieve the results you need to succeed. A key principle underlying all Accreditation workshops is that of using live data and being debrief ready, so that you are able to apply the products immediately following completion of the workshops.

Level 3 – Master Class (Individual and Team Behavioural Maps)

ICM offers Master Class training in both Individual and Team behavioural maps to suit Australian conditions. This training is available to those who have successfully completed Management Drives B.V. Level 1 and/or Level 2 training, and who have been using the methodology for at least 6 months.

(a) Master Class Individual training is aimed at professionals who intend to use the methodology for coaching and counselling purposes.

The training includes study of the fears underlying the Drives, strategies for resolving those fears and providing positive choices, and a range of methodologies for working with clients using the Drives.

(b) Master Class Team training provides in depth application of TeamDecoder™, organisational applications of team behavioural maps, design of teams to meet organisational objectives, tensions within an organisation, and strategies for performance improvement.

TeamDecoder ™ is the most powerful team diagnostic methodology on the market and allows you to pin point the behavioural issues facing the team, in delivering the objectives of the team.
